The reasons for customers abandoning Apple smart glasses are varied, ranging from constant headaches in the head and eyes, even with brief use, to severe redness in the eyes and difficulty concentrating while wearing them. In addition to this, the design of the glasses did not distribute their weight appropriately, so the weight was completely concentrated on the user’s face from the front, causing fatigue to the face and neck during use for long periods.

The reasons for customers abandoning Apple smart glasses are varied, ranging from constant headaches in the head and eyes, even with brief use, to severe redness in the eyes and difficulty concentrating while wearing them. In addition to this, the design of the glasses did not distribute their weight appropriately, so the weight was completely concentrated on the user’s face from the front, causing fatigue to the face and neck during use for long periods.

Some customers who intend to return Vision Pro glasses to the company's American stores indicated that productivity was among the most important reasons behind their decision, as some of them confirmed that they were not ready to use Apple glasses to complete work tasks, considering that their personal computer was sufficient.
Others indicated that they did not enjoy the glasses for watching video content or playing games, as the Apple Glasses did not meet their expectations in these aspects.
Estimates show that Apple has been able to sell about 180,000 units of Vision Pro glasses since their launch in its official stores on February 2.
Reports indicate that many users of the glasses are content creators on social networks, where they have posted videos reviewing their experiences with the glasses. Therefore, these users no longer need to keep the glasses, especially since they believe that they still need many improvements.
Marquis Brownlee, known on YouTube, explains that the success of Apple Glass requires more social experiences that make users interact with each other in the virtual world while using the glasses.
It is worth noting that a number of users have expressed their desire to buy the next generation of Vision Pro glasses, indicating that they will wait either for the weight of the glasses to decrease, or for their price to decrease, and to be proportional to the experiences they provide to the user.
